Junior WordPress Developer
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins. You will work closely with our designers and project managers to ensure that our websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Write efficient, clean, and well-documented code
- Customize and integrate WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
- Ensure website security and performance optimization
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer
- Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins
- Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Familiarity with MySQL and database design
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (optional)
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to website functionality and performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices
